Research has shown that being outdoors and connecting to nature can decrease stress, increase productivity, open up our creativity, and  allow ourselves the space to be vulnerable. And in return, true to our  authentic selves and shift mindset to discover solutions to what may be  holding us back both professionally and personally.

These 'walking workshops' feature a highly impactful and transformative experience through a process called— Laser Coaching. Each Session is based on a pre-determined topic or painpoint along with Change It Up's Proprietary coaching methodology to help participants shift mindset in order to change behavior and achieve specific goals.

These group walks are also an amazing opportunity to connect with other like-minded individuals who live in San Diego— and to remind you that you are not alone!

MINI TRAILCHATS® AGENDA:

8:55 am— Meet in Parking Lot (5 min. Meet & Greet)

9:00 am— Pre-Hike/Walk Workshop Kick Off (15 min.)

9:15 am— Hike (1 hr./exact duration pending group size)

10:15 am—Conclude Hike/Walk/Begin Q&A

10:30 am— Session Ends

WHERE TO MEET AT BATIQUITOS LAGOON:

We will gather at the trailhead/main entrance at the end of Gabbiano Lane, Carlsbad. You can use The Batiquitos Lagoon Foundation address of 7380 Gabbiano Lane for your navi. There is a tiny parking lot on your right as you drive to the end of the cul-de-sac or you can find street parking in the residential area on Gabbiano Lane or Piovana Court.

However, should your coach need to reschedule this event’s time due to inclement weather or needs to cancel due to illness, you can use this ticket for the newly scheduled time/day.
